Innovative Therapy Concepts (ITC) is a physical therapist-owned and operated therapy management organization founded by Joe Sapp, PT, in 2006. We are currently seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team and provide high-quality care across two locations in the Cordele community.
We are looking for a clinician who is passionate about helping patients improve their communication, cognition, swallowing, and overall quality of life. Outpatient experience is preferred, and we welcome therapists who enjoy working with a variety of patient populations.
📍 Crisp Regional – Cordele
This position will focus on outpatient speech therapy, serving both pediatric and adult patients. This is an excellent opportunity for an SLP who enjoys working with a diverse patient population and providing individualized treatment across the lifespan.
What You’ll Do:
As an SLP with ITC, you will work closely with an interdisciplinary team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other speech-language pathologists. You will encounter a wide range of diagnoses and have the opportunity to evaluate and treat patients with:
Responsibilities may include evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, administering speech and language therapy programs, monitoring progress, and collaborating with other members of the healthcare team.
Experience or competency with instrumental swallowing assessments, including Modified Barium Swallow Studies (MBS) and/or Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES), is a plus.
